Le Jardin du Roy is a three-star tourist hotel, located in the heart of the Bara country, a proud and feared ethnic group in the southwest of the Big Island. On the edge of the Isalo National Park, renowned for its natural swimming pools with transparent waters and its canyons sheltering the sacred royal burials, you will discover the sumptuous landscapes of "Colorado Malagasy".
Le Jardin du Roy harmoniously integrated into its environment offers comfort and service that will make your stay an unforgettable experience. It is part of the continuity of the hotel Le Relais de la Reine, of which it has preserved the family spirit and know-how of more than twenty years.
This spirit finds its source in the desire to integrate into a natural environment of rare beauty: the roofs intertwined in shingles, with a steep slope, are measured against the sandstone rocks that surround them. The granite stones, cut by hand and selected one by one, reproduce the colors of the massif.
Local materials; rosewood, marble, labradorite contribute to the Malagasy identity of the architecture.
Despite the hotel's isolated location, the newly installed optical fiber will allow you to keep in touch with your loved ones through a high-speed connection.
