The Panda Inn features 32 guest rooms dedicated to panda themes and western Sichuan provincial folk culture. Single, twin, and double rooms are available, each containing a distinct theme such as film, martial arts, and tea culture. From the guest rooms to the lobby to the parking lot, the panda memorabilia evokes joy, harmony, and tranquility.
The Panda Inn is located at the foot of Emei Mountain, a World Heritage and World Cultural site housing ancient Buddhist temples and sculptures. Sichuan province is home to China’s largest population of pandas - hotel guests can enjoy access to viewing areas such as the Chengdu Breeding and Research Center. Panda Inn staff are available to assist visitors with their travel plans within the Sichuan province, including arranging transportation and accommodations.
Facilities
* Courtyard – The hotel courtyard contains panda sculptures as well as farmland and an orchard with flora from the panda’s ecosystem. The courtyard provides an enjoyable atmosphere for drinking tea, playing chess, reading, or observing pandas.
* Gift shop – The lobby store sells a variety of themed memorabilia, such as throw pillows, sheets, lamps, and pajamas. In addition, the Panda Inn can assist travelers in purchasing specialties from the Emei and Sichuan province.
Dining
The Panda Inn restaurant offers a breakfast buffet and dinner menu with Chinese Sichuan dishes.
Our guide and driver were very good with their knowledge and were very helpful with our questions. It was a very pleasant visit that would have been impossible to do on our own. Hotels and restaurants were fantastic. The special places we got to go to, like the kitchens, were great. Enjoyed the entire trip!
