The tour begins with a pick-up in Reykjavik, then eastward through Hellisheiði pass and the southern lowland to Sólheimajökull glacier. Then, proceed to Reynisfjara black sand beach, known for its dramatic waves and Reynisdrangar basalt stacks. After exploring Vík, the southernmost town, the tour heads back to Reykjavik, with stops at Skógafoss and Seljalandsfoss waterfalls for ample time to enjoy each site.
The minimum age requirement for a Glacier Hike is eight years old.

Beyond expectations! Then again we weren't sure what to expect. Lovely stay at the lodge, met other like-minded travelers (many had their trips planned by Adventure Life) and the owner was a gracious hostess. It felt like you were one happy family, visiting with a favorite aunt.

Adventure Life couldn’t have provided a better travel experience, from the start of planning through the entire tip itself. The agents were very helpful and quickly responsive to our questions and needs. We were well taken care of and the trip was smooth sailing, both literally and figuratively. The cruise line, the hotel, and the extra excursions that Adventure Life provided were superb and without flawsThe price was reasonable when we compared the planned trip to what was offered by others.
